Entrance: The front door from the village green leads into a stone floored hall currently used as a dining room. This has a large alcoved fireplace, doors leading off to the guest bedroom and the lounge and a corridor to the extension. The stairs also lead up to the bedrooms and a window overlooks the green. A walk-in understair cupboard offers good storage space.

Lounge: this is one of the main features,formerly the classroom when the house was the village school in the 1700's.
There is a large fireplace and a high ceiling with dual aspect windows into the green and the driveway.This room measures 31ft x 10ft. A dinner party recently saw 24 people sat in this huge room.

Bedroom 4/Guest room: With a window onto the green and measures 12ft 6ins x 10ft. There are two fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3: This room is upstairs and overlooks the green. It measures 16ft x 11ft 3ins.

Bedroom 2: This also overlooks the green, measuring 12ft 6ins X 11ft 3ins.

Bedroom 1: The biggest bedroom has windows over both the back garden and the drive. It has two fitted wardrobes and measures 14ft 8ins X 13ft 5ins.

Shower room: Next to the main bedroom is a shower room with a toilet and washbasin. The shower is electrical. This room overlooks the side garden.

Spare room: Opposite the shower room is a space that has been variously used as an extra single bedroom or hobbies room. It could equally be a second study, computer or sewing room and measures 9ft 8ins X 6ft 4ins at its maximum with a window over the driveway.

The landing above the stairs contains an airing cupboard. On entering the extension there is a glass side door to the driveway.

Study: The study is fully fitted with two desks,bookcase, cupboards and computer desk.11ft X 9ft 6ins with a window onto the side garden.

Cloakroom: An invaluable extra loo with a washbasin and medecine cupboard.

Bathroom: The bathrooms contains a bath,  shower, toilet and washbasin. The window looks upon the side garden.

Kitchen: The kitchen is 15ft 9ins X 10ft and features an Aga. This has been well maintained over the past seven years as Sally Lovejoy  works for Aga! It is fully fitted with pine kitchen units plus regulation spaces for a cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge. The two double windows are into the conservatory and the side garden.

Conservatory: This sunfilled area has become a focal point of the house and balances the large lounge at the other end of the house. It measures 14ft X 11ft and leads into the west facing back garden.

Gardens: The back and side gardens are flat, sunny and secluded with an apple tree that last year produced individual apples weighing a pound. There are hedges and fencing making it safe for children and dogs with a main play area of 70ft X 65ft with one side section that is 20ft X 55ft and another that seperates the house from the drive and outbuildings. The front garden measures 103ft X 11ft, all of which and overlooks the village green.

Garage: The detached garage is a former cow shed that fits two cars end on. It measures 29ft 4ins X 14ft with massive up-over storage space. There is a side door and double doors to the drive.

Summer House: This fully equipped haven has been an extra bedroom, a playroom, a disco and a doghouse. Known as the Pig Sty but priceless. It measures 18ft 9ins X 8ft 10ins.
